Dr. Pratima Chandler

Dr. Chandler is the owner of Spring Mills Dentistry and Shepherd Dental in Shepherdstown. Born and raised in Mumbai, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012, then an MBA from Drexel University and a DDS from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has completed over 400 hours of continuing education and is working toward Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Office manager

Luckey Umana

Luckey serves as our office manager and brings eight years of dental experience. She is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment and navigate insurance benefits. She loves being part of a team that genuinely cares about patients and one another. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, spontaneous adventures, sports, and working toward her college degree.

Hunter Petrie

Hunter is our dental assistant with nine years of experience in dentistry, including orthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and making memories in the Outer Banks. An avid reader, she’s always looking for her next great book.
